Lift-slide Doors

Hartman Windows & Doors' lift-slide doors are ideal for large openings, especially when you really want to open up a room to the outdoors. Built-in fixed or operable transoms are available as an option. By turning the lever handle 180 degrees, the sash actually lift up on heavy duty rollers and the doors roll open with ease. In the closed position, the weather-stripping is compressed and securely locked with multi-point locking. Large panels (8'XI0') and extra-wide openings (40'+) are not a problem. For a completely clear opening, we can build pocket units.

• Custom muntin profiles available on glazed units

Sliding screen doors and roll-down screening available. Variety of finish options: prime only (2 coats), prime with one paint top-coat, stain  with three coats clear top-coat, split finish (i.e. stain interior/paint exterior). Other wood species available (i.e. teak, cherry, cypress, walnut)
